Touring Productions
Using inspirational tales and engaging performances that reveal the art of theatre, our productions are learning made fun and free the imagination of young audiences!
The best part is, we take care of all the logistics and then deliver a show to you for only a few dollars a child.
Salamander develops a new play every two years. Some of our most popular plays, such as, A World of Stories and Tales from the Valley, have been touring for over ten years. Our most recent plays, Playing Robin Hood, written by the Dora-award winning playwright, Lib Spry; and Rhythms of the Sun are now touring schools.

Educational Workshops & Residencies
Want to enhance your arts toolkit? Salamander’s curriculum-linked workshops are about having fun, developing confidence and unlocking creativity. We offer in-school workshops and residencies which have direct links to the curriculum
Workshops can be tailored to your group's needs and age appropriateness. Salamander also offers professional development for teachers and Artist-in-Residency programs, and we can also provide coaching and consultation for upcoming school plays or presentations.
Our actors specialize in theatre for young audiences and theatre-in-education and are dedicated to working with children in a positive, creative atmosphere. We also offer after-school or March Break programs on demand as part of our Outreach program.
